The neighborhood yard sale will be held on May 9th. We will be advertising it in the St. Clair Times and via signs at Flash Track and at the front of the neighborhood. Please spread the word anyway you can.

New Trash Service in Margaret
The city of Margaret awarded the trash contract to Trash Taxi. The new service starts in May and will be $9.98. This is a down from around $13 that was billed with the water service to the City. The new service will be billed directly and will no longer be included in the water bill. More information will be provided when we have it. http://trashtaxi.com
Broken Glass in the Road
It was reported that several broken Starbucks glass bottles were found at the intersection of Ryan Circle and Brookhaven Drive. Cynthia Simon and another resident cleaned up the glass this time. It was reported that some young boys were seen breaking the bottles in the road. If anyone sees anyone committing such acts please report it to the Margaret Police department at 205-629-3333.
HOA Dues & Clubhouse Rental Information
HOA dues are due April 1st. You can make the checks payable to Brookhaven HOA and can be mailed to P.O. Box 81 Margaret Al 35112.

Merry Christmas To All,
Brookhaven HOA is holding its annual Christmas Party on 13 December 2014 at 4:00pm at the Clubhouse. Santa will be with us again and food will be provided.
If you would like to help those less fortunate in the City of Margaret we will also be conducting our annual Margaret Toys for Kids. If you want to bring a unwrapped gift for a child (boy or girl) we will be passing these along to the City of Margaret to pass out to families within the city limits that are having a rough time.
