Brookhaven Clubhouse
The Brookhaven Clubhouse is available for rent by Brookhaven Residents ONLY. The rental for the clubhouse is $100 which is due two weeks prior to the rental.
Beginning June 1, 2024, rental of the clubhouse will require an additional $50 deposit. The $50 deposit will be refunded back if the clubhouse is in the same condition as before the rental. If damages occur, such as paint removal due to tape on the walls, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
Effective April 2022, we are no longer renting the pool for private parties. The decision was based on the limited number of dates available (twice a month during the summer) and the increasingly large number of homeowners we now have.
You can see the available dates and request a reservation using the calendar and form below. Please note, the clubhouse is not available for rentals on holidays.

CANCELATION OF RENTAL REQUESTS: Please reach out ASAP to Melani at 205-296-0281 if you do not wish to keep your rental request or have made other arrangements so she can free up the date for someone else to rent.
Clubhouse Rental Policy
Rules:
- Use of tape on any of the walls or ceiling in the clubhouse is prohibited.
- Do Not leave doors and windows open when the A/C or Heater is running.
- The clubhouse is available to the renter all day up until 10pm. We ask that you be out no later than that time.
- Pool use by rental guests are strictly prohibited unless the guest of the clubhouse renter is a Brookhaven resident and has their own active keycard to enter the pool area. Clubhouse rental does not mean automatic pool access for guests.
End of Rental Checklist:
- Place tables back where they were and place the chairs back on top of the tables.
- Take all trash out from the kitchen and bathroom and place in the outside bins.
- REMOVE all of your food from the refrigerator, microwave and oven before leaving.
- REMOVE all decorations and signs that were used for your event.
- Set the A/C to 74 in the Summer and 64 in the Winter.
- Check and make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked (EXCEPT the front door) before leaving.
- Notify the clubhouse manager when you are leaving so they may relock the clubhouse door.
Please do not submit requests for multiple dates. Only request the date that you want to rent the clubhouse. All other requests for additional dates will not be accepted and will immediately be declined.
