Early next week we have a project starting to add some additional parking at the clubhouse to relieve some of the over crowding. This will cause a minor disruption but ask all residents to be patient as this will make parking easier when completed.
We have already started having issues at the pool with residents playing “musical armbands”. Several individuals that are not residents are wearing arm bands that (a) do not live in Brookhaven (b) not eligible for arm bands due to the home has not paid their HOA Fees. We need everyones help to correct this issue and ensure that only those authorized to use the pool are. We are also looking into possibly hiring (Part-time) an individual to control access.
